- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client records, update databases, and ensure all information is up to date.
- Document Management: Assist with the preparation, organization, and filing of essential documents, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
- Customer Support: Handle client feedback, resolve any service issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Task Prioritization: Quickly assess and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth daily operations, addressing urgent requests as they arise.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and client satisfaction.
