The specific tasks to be completed will be agreed upon between the client and YPA Errand Services prior to commencement of service.

3. Service Fees: Service fees will be communicated to the client before the commencement of any services. Fees may vary based on the complexity and duration of the tasks involved. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability: While YPA Errand Services will make every effort to complete tasks to the client’s satisfaction, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or delays that occur during the execution of services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and instructions for all tasks.

6. Confidentiality: YPA Errand Services will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and tasks. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to YPA Errand Services is accurate and up-to-date. Clients must also provide access to any necessary locations or resources required to complete tasks.

8. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless YPA Errand Services, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the client’s use of our services.

9. Modification of Terms: YPA Errand Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing or via email.

10. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YPA Errand Services operates.
